About Thomas Alva Edison School
Thomas Alva Edison School is the only educational institution in Caguas that is fully bilingual.
It is a “college prep” school that offers grades from the Piper Lighthouse Early Development Center for children from 2 months through the fourth year of high school.
Our institution is accredited by the Middle States Association and the Comisión Acreditadora de Instituciones Educativas (CADIE).
Our graduates are admitted to the most prestigious universities of the United States and Puerto Rico.
Edison is also distinguished by its successful sports program and the ongoing championships such as the “Copa Alcalde”, “La Liga Criolla” and the “Liga COPSAA”; and its diverse student associations and activities.
The school provides 24/7 cameras and security guards, air conditioners in all areas, science and technology laboratories, a physical and virtual library and other educational resources.
