This DOES work: {{Word 1|Word 2}|{Crap 1|Crap 2}}
This also works: {city} is near {{city}|{country}} (spinning shortcodes)

Sweet tool. Love that you can pull the company info. Also, it looks like a great tool to find people who aren’t actively working SEO. One of the first things you do when you start SEO for a client is get all thier listings verified. Just look for the guys that aren’t verified and reach out. You could even have a foot in the door… -

If I can find an aged domain with a somewhat relevant name and even a little bit of link juice, then I’ll use that over a brand new domain. It doesn’t work all the time… sometimes they simply just don’t rank. But when they do… it’s like it was 2012 again and you can rank in a week.

Hi Matt,
What sort of linking strategies do you apply to new domains? Do you wait to get the content on the site indexed before you start linking?
I create a very minimal site. 5 pages of content, 500 words per ranking page, authority link and youtube video on each page. Silo the pages, then index them. Then I start building links ri…[Read more]

Keep us informed on how this pans out for you. I have 22 local SEO clients under my belt, and the only guy that got hit had a lack of word count on his ranking page. He increased the amount of content and the site came back. Not sure if “word count” is an actual Pigeon factor as SEMezpz says he’s seen a rollback, which might have accounted fo…[Read more]
