Ken, not sure if you received the email. There has been a lot going on via Skype for premium members, and a few other things. I would definitely encourage the membership discuss things via the forum. The forum is either something that the membership wants and uses or it decides to use other forms of communication.
Ken, would love to see…[Read more]

Andrew Dale posted in the topic DA not working with WP 4.2.2 in the forum DoubleAgent (2x) 8 years, 10 months ago
Check and make sure that you have the directory page. If not you will be caught with pages attempting to load over and over again.
You must have a /directory page. The plugin automatically creates this page but often users delete it. If you did delete it then simply just create a new page called /directory
If that does not work…[Read more]

Andrew Dale posted in the topic Status on Double Agent Working to Install Buyer Page Automatically Post Rental in the forum DoubleAgent (2x) 8 years, 10 months ago
When the plugin is installed it creates a /directory page. The plugin looks for this page when it is doing the overlay. If you delete the page then you will get the loading page for a long time.
If this does not work, please send us a support ticket with credentials and we will take a look.

Hi @scott2, I really appreciate the details provided in your support ticket – the more info you provide the better we can help
I’m glad we were able to fix the display conflict with your theme/plugins! While we can’t guarantee compatibility with all themes/plugins out there (for obvious reasons) we do strive to help out where we can

Andrew Dale posted in the topic DA not working with WP 4.2.2 in the forum DoubleAgent (2x) 9 years, 6 months ago
We have DA running on about 400 sites that we have updated to 4.2.2, so it definitely is not a compatibility issue.
I am looking at your support ticket, but it is not timing out, it is saying page, not found. Not sure why that would be, but this is definitely isolated..

Andrew Dale posted in the topic Mobile Redirect and Caching Plugin (W3 Total Cache) in the forum DoubleAgent (2x) 9 years, 6 months ago
Caching is tricky. We generally don’t use it. We use the Cloudflare cache and that is really all we need. Caching will cause the plugin to misbehave, because it is not grabbing things real time.
The other issue that people face, is that they use software like Link Juicer or Digi Link Doctor, to try to catch old pages. That does conf…[Read more]

The software creates that page, but people then delete it and run into issues..

That gives a bunch of good info.
We will be releasing more documentation on IA with the update that is coming out shortly.

You will want to have a /directory page. It is important to trigger the “event”
Without it, your loading time will take a while while it looks for it.

Guys, just FYI. Not only have we had Nate and Jimmy fly into New York and hang, they were also instrumental in working hand in hand with Jake, and I have never seen 3 coding monsters in one room, ever!
Anyway, I thought I would chime in. It sucks… Just plain sucks… Sucks that they released this shit!
This works like a charm, not…[Read more]

Adrian,
We have not had an issue with 4.2, but will look a little further. I just installed it. Are you using the plugins on the same servers that you had been using it on? Or did the issue occur after you upgraded?

Yeah, we don’t support group buys. If you can’t figure out how to make enough money from it to support the cost of the purchase, you should not buy it.

Has ANYONE found a way to get the state overlays/custom category overrides to work on Serp Spike sites? They worked fine up until 3-4 months ago, but now even though I click on the green button to choose a state, I get an error when trying to save it.
I desperately need this to work somehow… has anyone come up with a work-around?

It’s hard to tell… some of my Serp Spike sites have more pages indexed and some have less. At the same time, some Serp Shaker sites have more indexed than others too. I’m not really sure.
