Hi Peter,  I haven’t had a site disengage in a couple of months, so whatever they did it seems to have fixed it, for me at least.

I am far from a tech, but maybe get the latest version and try it again?

Throw in a support ticket.  I have not seen that before, we would just need some credentials to take a look.

Check the version of PHP you are running.  You need to run PHP 5.4 or higher.

If you are running PHP 5.4 or higher, there may be a hosting configuration issue or a CSS conflict.

Check the PHP version first.

What version of PHP are you running on the server?  Also, what theme are you running?

No one abandoned anything, but I didn’t see a support ticket on this.

The answer is that is impossible to pull the videos from the way that SS inserts them.  That is why IA pulls videos the correct way for them to be found.

What niches do you have now, and what do you charge SEMeasy ppl? I know I’ve asked before but can’t find the info.

I am also still getting disconnects, but I have spoke to people who haven’t had it happen since the last update. Is it possible there is something they did that some of us have not, above and beyond not updating the version? (we’ve done that) It sounds like there may be a simple fix.

And I assume you mean unique visits for clicks at the beginning??

I”m not totally sure what you’re asking, but when I send them reports I use total clicks, not unique. Its usually pretty close anyway, and if the same person has come back to their site multiple time it’s a better, more qualified customer.
