Thats a pretty long lead capture form to apply, who’s deciding who gets in and based on what criteria  

If you follow Brian’s approach you can identify if the issue is WP, theme or plugin related. As he suggests just activate one plugin at a time until you break the site. Use a clean install of WP and build a new clone from your final working version .

For a site where I changed content titles and KWs it took months to get any traffic back…it was a manual SLL built site with a few 1000 posts..before SS ..even with a 404 redirect to the home page for all the old ones..would just build a new site next time

install on WP  site you want to use as your piwik server,  login, go to GUI , add your sites…takes about 15 minutes..this is the server side

Piwik….it’s free and very good, not seen any speed issues with it, you just add a tracking code to each site. I use it on all sites I don’t want in G Tools.

Set up piwik on its own WP server, very easy, just hide your piwik server URL in the tracking code for each site

Even has a handy Ipad app so you can check stats to your hearts content
