Just use a theme that allows custom banner header images. Without an example of what you want the site to look like its v hard to help.

Nice…out of interest what are your CTR and which CTR stat in Adsense do you  focus on…I’m seeing some insane page CTR but it’s a crap niche …about to change that  

It generally gets auto created but if not just add the shortcode to a WP page. Some WP themes don’t auto create the page. Directory page needs to exist for DA to work properly. It’s a personal choice as to whether you display the page on your site, it just needs to be published.

Genesis only uses a few types of inbuilt schema so you will need to tweak the code or use a plugin to make the schema relevant.

Ok, so I take it bitly redirected sites should NOT. Show up as a direct link in WMT. This is definitely what was happening. I removed the DA via bitly and DA and used the site for adsense instead.

Are you seeing DA via bitly showing as direct links in WMT? As you do serp domination you have more example sites to look at

Severpress desktop server…easy.

import your local site using duplicator into desktopserver then direct or quick deploy.  Fire up the site in desktop server locally first and make sure it works. Then use quick or direct deploy to live host. Not free but well worth it.
