I just got SS two days ago, and am experiencing the same error as above!! How did you get a hold of the older SS version? Were you able to work with SS support to let them know?

When configuring my shaker page, and then the doubleagent information. I noticed that the doubleagent deployed on the posts, however it did not keep my settings. It showed up on top and not the bottom. The $ amount was blank, and the banner wording was not there?
Has anyone else run into this or suggest a fix?
