Jake posted in the topic Does SERP Shaker work with Index Assault? in the forum General Discussion 10 years, 4 months ago
Working fine here guys – make sure your boxes can handle being hit by so many crawlers at once or limit the size of your sitemap altogether. if it takes google too long to crawl your site they’ll just give up… pigeon had nothing to do with their indexing algorithms – it was a search modifier for local results in SERPS and google maps.

WP standard 2012-14 with custom media queries such that it’s a responsive site. Keep it simple guys – the problem with themes nowadays is that their authors have tried to throw in a ton of extra functions to make them act more like THEME+PLUGINS (thugins…). this unfortunately ruins the WP experience, in that certain themes will now interfere w…[Read more]

Ok, for doing the 301 redirects you have a few options:
hard code in the redirects yourself (custom code on the 404 filter to redirect to homepage – this can go in your theme’s functions.php file), but there are plugins that do this already

You’ll get the hang of it no doubt… get good DA and PA and nice incoming links and you’ll be good to go. If it’s an older site that’s a plus too. Don’t get too caught up in the 20 rankings diff sites have. There are a lot of things you could look at but most people who I’ve listened to teach DA, PA, age, and incoming links are key.
I’ve had…[Read more]
