Have you tried piwik?  It’s free and I find it easier to use than analytics.  Also, I’m just testing out tracking with SLL – looks good so far.

They are updated once a day, unless of course you click the Refresh all keywords button. In that case they’re updated as often as you want them to.

you don’t need an agreement, just put them on a paypal recurring/subscription payment…it doesn’t need to be more than that.
