1. Know your rankings. Sign up for accuranker.com and make sure you have a report on your top rankings so we know which towns to target.

2. Access to the site with double agent installed.

Some niches will be harder than others to get to talk to someone. Gatekeepers can hinder the process. We will use a combination of email and phone, whatever it takes to get the page sold. The price will be dictated by the niche and the price of the rental pages. Prefer 50 – 75% of first months rental, but will negotiate that on an individual basis after our research into the targeted leads.
