I actually look at Majestic and Ahrefs… I will peak at Moz for some information but I for looking at the back links I like Majestic and Ahrefs..

I still use Godaddy Auctions. I use PRPowershot and use my filters. Once I have a list of websites that only have back links… Then you truly have to dive in to the back links. The amount of back links was always a factor. I would use the typical as a rough guide:
PR5: 10,000 back links
PR4: 1,000 back links
