Studio One Fitness offers a variety of Trainer Mississauga programs that is tailored to a clients specific need to ensure they perform at the optimal level in their sport. We do this in a fashion where a client is not only enjoying their programs, but in a safe and motivating environment. We teach the clients to train to perform, but we also assist with recovery and injury prevention. Programs range from proper warm ups, stretching, and recovery to strength and conditioning, muscle building, explosiveness, speed, power, agility, meal planning, and much more. Not only are you training specifically for your sport, but specifically for what you as a client needs to get to that next level.
