I have the same question too as looking at the hits tracker, my site easily have thousands and thousands of hits every day. 

I did put in some affiliate / CPA offers but zero calls / clicks!   So, just wondering where all the hits coming from.

I sent out 30 emails to one county today, 20 views of my landing page, one phone call to follow up on. I like those numbers.

What niches are we talking about?

Different approach for different niches.  If you can get the owner–that’s the best place to start and with some niches that’s the only person there is.  Otherwise, ask for sales.  Sales is the easiest way into any company.

For now, we can only do it manually.

There is a problem with doing it by tag or category witch would conflict each other when they are overlapping.

I think Jake is working on a solution for that but for now, just manual.
