You can go the scraper route if you want but I think that you are putting way to much work into finding potential customers when they are right in front of you all along.

Oh, and I forgot to add, the reason I’m trying to build up a list of interested contacts is so that if my tenant stops paying rent, I have a list of other interested parties I can call right away first to replace them rather than starting the whole sales process all over again.
