Remove the two <br>’s below the title and add this to your CSS file:

Just take the photo and go into a photo editing software and manually add the opaque box or strip to the photo. You can use the current webpage as a reference for where to put it, then load it back up to your site.

Thanks. I guess I fell to in love with that picture of the city and wanted to use it. CAn’t put in a dialog box so will look at some other options.
