Thanks Nick,
I kind of have an approach I use. I’m still fine tuning it. I do a search on PRPowershot. I then filter them from highest trust flow to lowest. I just use this number as it seems most sights I’m interest in seem to have higher trust flow numbers. I then check any site I like the look of based on number of back links. I then…[Read more]

Cecilia posted in the topic Can Anyone recommmend Dedicated Server hosting – for SLL Sites in the forum General Discussion 10 years, 4 months ago
Are you building your own SLL sites? How big?
Besides the initial spike in server resources when generating the pages, the day to day should be not a big deal. As such a very good vps probably is your best bet, although at some places you can get dedicated servers as cheap as a high end vps.
That wasn’t helpful was it?
Sorry! Can…[Read more]

Thanks Dennis, I paid more than I wanted but I wanted to get my first site under my belt. I’ll be a bit more stingy with my next purchase.

Thanks Jason. Probably do that int eh future. What I do now is pick a price I’m comfortable with, place that as my top and then see what happens.
Just won my first domain. I now have a PBN of 1. Wooo Hooo, now let’s see if it’s legit.

They were mostly PR0, PR1 and PR2’s. I bid less than $30 on each of them. Just kind of experimenting and I wasn’t home for the end of the auctions or I may have put in another bid. They all sold for exactly one bid past my high bid.

I guess I’m doing something right. I’ve been outbid on every site I showed interest in.
Onward.

A new site every month, means just that. If you have a state subscription, you would get a new state website. If you have a national subscription, you would get a new national site each month.
The niche does not need to be the same, or if you want to dominate a niche, you could make it the same and just have another SERP result. You could ch…[Read more]

It is not really a bulk way to do this outside of using the same tools that WordPress comes with standard. That is the Categories and the Permalink structures.
The first part is:
1. Buy a domain that is not an exact match or an exact match with a modifier.
2. Set you Categories to show the state, or at least not your main k…[Read more]

Thanks Eliza. I think I’ve learned enough to tell if the back links look natural so I feel pretty confident there. As for the first part, back links vs IP addresses, do you have a ratio you like, 10 to 1, 100 to 1. One of my problems is I’m a bit of a number lover. I love having a metric to measure things to. It got me through 30 years as an Air…[Read more]

Look at the backlinks. How many are there vs how many IP addresses. Have they been built out over time or all at once? What type of anchor text is there? Does it look natural? Where do the backlinks come from? Real sites? Web 2.0s? Russia? Directories? Sounds like a lot but after you get the hang of it, it’s mostly doing a quick scan to…[Read more]

One of the things I’m trying to figure out is where the PR0 and PR1’s are that are really PR3 or 4’s. I’m just trying to figure out what other metrics to look at that would be an indicator. Someone in a post said they like the MozRank to be higher than the PR number. Above Jason says he likes the PA and DA (those ar both Moz rankings,…[Read more]

We all know that there was an EMD update, but I have been building out a ton of new sites and testing. We are finding that domains that are VERY loosely related or not related at all to our keywords, seem to be doing better then some EMD Derivatives, meaning an Exact Match Domain with a Modifier at the end, like: seoservicesinfo.com and you are…[Read more]
