Stephen,
Can’t put put the spoiler, but it will take you a while to buy the domains from auction (if that is what you are doing) and then have them drop into your account. We are going live with that webinar early next week. You should time to get your domains in order and have everything ready or near ready to g…[Read more]

Ray,
We usually use the PBN to point to our main page, but it really depends on what you are looking to accomplish. What is on the internal pages? Are they different locations?

Jason,
Your hands on definitely not tied. Do you have your site done? IA works, but on larger sites, on shared hosting there is an issue. If your site is done before the update comes out, I will personally index your website out for you

I welcome a Penguin refresh BUT…. I didn’t welcome the Authorship image to go away… That is a HUGE hit! But this means we need to focus on other Rich Snippets…
Review snippets perhaps? I would say a big HELL YA!

Yes you could give them the url if you want. Quick answer is when you find a bit.ly link, just put a + at the end of the URL and you can see the stats.

I pitch $999 for the first state and $500 for each additional state and $5000 for a national at month to month (no lease). The national for $2999 on a 6 month to 1 year lease.
This seems to make a lease very attractive.
Gil
VERY nice… do you have many at this pricing? If they decline, do you drop the price?

When you use bit.ly, can you give the client the login so they can check their traffic on their own? I assume you could, but then you’d need a new acc for each client right?
As I write this, I think it may be better to just schedule ourselves to take a screenshot of their traffic once a month or something similar and send it. Any thoughts?

No doubt this will be huge… like Andrew said, we had rented a site to a company who wanted 4 states, and it took 2 ppl almost 6 weeks working literally full-time to get all of the states pointed at their site. We could have given them the whole nation, but that would keep us from having the ability to sell other areas. Now the same job takes…[Read more]

Just wanted to ask, as many of you had grabbed the new update, are you loving it?
I know @appsahoy is, because I know what he needed to go through in order to accomplish this in the past.
With this update is will allow you to scale much easier. Depending on the niche, we find it is pretty easy to lease a state to a particular c…[Read more]

You can use almost any url shortner, however you really want to make sure that you use one of the bigger ones. Reason being is that bit.ly, for instance, has over 2 BILLION, new urls created a day. Google does not even see it as a blip on the radar, but I encourage to go out and explore and test.
