Jeffri, you’ll want to also submit a support ticket and be sure to include the site’s login details in case we need to troubleshoot. Feel free to message me or Justin Kunst with your support ticket number and we can see what can be done.
It’s possible that someone can pipe up here with an answer but I didn’t want you to wait any longer than necessary.

Hi Joe – Ticket number is #2132 – not sure if you saw it. Thanks In advance – quite stressed over this last gliche. Hope I can iron it out over Easter break. Include WP logins in ticket – do you need cpanel also?? Cheers Jeff
