Gypsygal,
From my conversations with Rich I can guess a couple of things he’s going to say (or at least he said to me while cleaning up my script). Get rid of the I’s. Focus on the you’s. Don’t mention yourself quite so much. Example “I’m not kidding”, “I’ll be brief”, “I’m sure you’ll understand”.
Rich’s point to me was that p…[Read more]

Thanks Andrew. My landing page isn’t showing nearly the h its that my posts are. Don’t understand that. As for the beard, it’s gone. I retired from 30 years as an Air Traffic Controller and decided to give my face a fresh start.

The other option is find someone who wants a few states up front, sell that company for more than the nationwide cost, then you’re already in the black. Don’t be afraid to talk to people, companies are much more desperate for what we have than we are!!!!!!! Imagine have a 8,000 a month rent and payroll on top of that. $500 is a risk they’ll…[Read more]

So I’ve been checking on my hit tracker and following it with interest. I’ve now come up with several questions. Please accept my apology for my lack of knowledge on how some of this works.
1) I have redirected all of my pages to one of my landing pages (separate from the one I use in my email pitches). Shouldn’t I show a hit on my landing…[Read more]

As I understand it (and I hope I’m doing it right) when you look at one of the posts there is a box on the right that says Tags. I simply went into the box where it says you can add tags, put the new keywords in there and hit update. Now these pages show the new keywords in the tag box. If I did it wrong I’m sure Andrew or Jake will jump in…[Read more]

Groovy, that’s what I assumed. I’ll treat our Double Agent sites like any other site when it comes to siloing, etc.. It’ll just have a few hundred/thousand other posts as well, lol.
Thank you!

What do you mean by “adding tag pages”? I’m sure I’m familiar with it, but I am confused by the term. When I hear “tags” I think of the keywords added to a post.
Can you be a little more specific please?

The Keywords are very relevant. All in the event planning business and they are good enough that I’ll want to add them to all my sites.

Bryan,
Right now I have only one client. Fortunately for me he booked 6 counties ( I have a state wide site) and I quoted hi a price that makes my site profitable (with a little extra). My pitch was basically “If you book just one client with one of these links you’ve paid for the year.”
I email him weekly letting him know how many pages are…[Read more]

If you’re targeting one city, how do you have so many pages? Is it a SLL or DA site and you have the same city name with different zip codes, or same city name with same zips and different keywords in the urls, or something similar?

Daniel, are you referring to SLL pages? I have the DA software and can build sites in any niche really… if you have someone and can’t build them yourself we’d be happy to build out the sites and split it with you.
Strangely enough Stew, I also have foundation repair sites and videos leased in a few places. I more lean towards basement w…[Read more]

Would it be correct to assume then, that Google is seeing a very thin site unless we populate other pages with content?
If so, maybe setting up additional silos based on the keywords would be smart?
How are the SLL pages optimized?

A client of mine wants to expand the keywords I am using for his market. The good news is he’s willing to pay more. Paying more is good.
My question is should I just add new posts for the cities he is currently renting or should I add the keywords to the existing posts. It’s 6 new keywords and most of them are pretty specific to…[Read more]
