Hahaha.. Yeah you might need to speak to Jake in reference to the programming for that one!
No this is pretty wild though! Jake has been plugging away and we have laid out the structure and some of the programming is done, but we need to continue to run our tests.
We use this ourselves, but use it on a server level, but wanted to…[Read more]

What is funny is that I deal with Google on a regular basis. I am invited down to their New York City office quite a bit. THe Adwords Team has no communication with other teams, and most of the teams do not know what the other teams in Google are doing.l
My opinion in reference to this potential client is that you are going to have a r…[Read more]

I highly doubt you were automatically penalized for installing 2x – its installed on almost 1k sites now and you’re only one to report such issues… something else is going on here…

Your not getting a lot of traffic Nick but you’re getting highly specialized traffic. It’s like putting up a billboard along side the road selling yellow wickets, except in this case the only people driving down the road are people already looking for yellow wickets. I’ve told the people I’ve talked to that I can’t (or won’t) put their page in…[Read more]

Made some prospecting calls for my SLL site today… spoke with a guy who liked the demo, thinks it is very clever and is interested — he wants to talk it over with his partner . . . and call Google (his Adwords rep) and ask them if its ok to make sure that it won’t affect them negatively, just in case they don’t approve cuz he thinks they…[Read more]

Sometimes I think I know the answer but then I’m just not sure.
Let’s say my keyword is “Shooting Basketballs” and I decide to see where it’s ranking and I pick King City CA. So I go to Google and type int he search bar “Shooting Basketballs King City CA” and low and behold thee it is at number One.
On a separate note a citizen of King…[Read more]

Nick,
with that kind of overhead that you mention, it’s hard for me to sell them on “a risk they will take” when I know I am not getting hardly any traffic to the areas.
Big Happy, that is good that you have one client getting multiple areas. I like to hear that. And that story that Justin shared on one of the webinars is inspiring, but…[Read more]

Any updates as to when the DX plugin – not the SSL sites- is going to have a hit tracker as well? Jake was going to do it and then I think he got caught up in something else.PS
I was going for the beard as well.
If its in demand I can definitely add it, but there: didn’t seem to be anyone reall…

Gypsygal,
From my conversations with Rich I can guess a couple of things he’s going to say (or at least he said to me while cleaning up my script). Get rid of the I’s. Focus on the you’s. Don’t mention yourself quite so much. Example “I’m not kidding”, “I’ll be brief”, “I’m sure you’ll understand”.
Rich’s point to me was that p…[Read more]

Thanks Andrew. My landing page isn’t showing nearly the h its that my posts are. Don’t understand that. As for the beard, it’s gone. I retired from 30 years as an Air Traffic Controller and decided to give my face a fresh start.

Just curios – Have you guys had any questions/objections about search volume? [cause for many keywords it’s obviously low or non existent]I understand that doesn’t reeeally matter – (esp in my niche as they only need a very small handful of leads to make it worth-while) and as the keywords and combinations cover pretty much…

Happy,
1. Yes you should show a hit on your landing page for every page that is hit..
2. The hits, well we have done our best to try to block out the known bots, but there are tons of different bots out there. So the true answer is, there may be some bot traffic shown in the hits..
3. I think it is the beard

So I’ve been checking on my hit tracker and following it with interest. I’ve now come up with several questions. Please accept my apology for my lack of knowledge on how some of this works.
1) I have redirected all of my pages to one of my landing pages (separate from the one I use in my email pitches). Shouldn’t I show a hit on my landing…[Read more]
