Great info, can this also work using Serp Shaker?

What I am wondering for new local sites should I use fakenamegenerator.com to get info like name and phone, dont want to use zip or address since I am targeting entire county and am not sure if you use the address and zip if it will reduce the postings in the rest of the county, anyone have any input?

I have also been told that you should keep posts on first page even up to 40 or 50 and not all posts should have links no more than 10 sounds pretty good, let me know if that sounds right or wrong.
