Update: I did a fresh install on a different site that had never touched semeasy, seems to be in working order. I’m guessing there is some setting that wasn’t changed from the old version when I did a reinstall… any ideas?

Steps to update as there is no auto update available yet:
1. Uninstall old version
2. Install new version
All of your data should have been saved.
Sorry for the corny steps but I need to know from Jake if we need to FTP up the files and over write the old ones, if there was a auto update or what.

It seems I’m the master of getting complex ideas solved right away then don’t know the answers to simple ones.
I have manually set up many of my sites to my clients pages using the advanced options- enable manual override.

Your first problem is one that Jake is aware of and I think fixed in the next update.
Your second one may be simple to fix. It sounds like you have either have the Sitewide URL or Sitewide Banner enabled. This shows the same url or banner on all pages in your site.
Check and see if that is the problem.
