I pitch $999 for the first state and $500 for each additional state and $5000 for a national at month to month (no lease).

The national for $2999 on a 6 month to 1 year lease.

This seems to make a lease very attractive.

VERY nice… do you have many at this pricing? If they decline, do you drop the price?

  • When you use bit.ly, can you give the client the login so they can check their traffic on their own? I assume you could, but then you’d need a new acc for each client right?

As I write this, I think it may be better to just schedule ourselves to take a screenshot of their traffic once a month or something similar and send it. Any thoughts?

  • No doubt this will be huge… like Andrew said, we had rented a site to a company who wanted 4 states, and it took 2 ppl almost 6 weeks working literally full-time to get all of the states pointed at their site. We could have given them the whole nation, but that would keep us from having the ability to sell other areas. Now the same job takes…[Read more]

  • LOL… the latest reply about RAS in a thread for another group I belong to:

“Has anyone tried removing this plugin? Its permanently placed my site in a redirect loop. The plugin still shows up in the dashboard even though its removed from the plugin section….”

    Nick

  • LOL… they lifted the cease and desist because RAS admitted guilt and SEMeasy now dictates what they can and cannot do with the software, from what I understand…

  • I’ve used a few different models, but now that we’re going to focus more on SLL sites we need to be more consistent.

$675 for 3 states of a nationwide SLL site.

$375 for 4 states we built with DA. (but paying me for reputation marketing and SEO already, so discounted)

$575 for 1 state of a nationwide SLL site.

    $225 for 1 state of a…[Read more]

  • I’d be interested, especially if you have a way we can use SLL sites to do it… and would love a way to sell affiliate products on these as well, rather than just renting states. (we’d do both)

Andrew checked out our service and sites we post to, and has been recommending people, fyi.  What we’ve found gives the best results is using the naked URL for the backlinks instead of anchor text.  Sometimes the sites actually get read, but the most benefit is from the backlinks from what we can tell, since a lot of decent PR sites pick it u…[Read more]

The one thing I desperately need is the ability to change SLL overlays on a state by state basis.  I had one client who wanted 4 states so we got the nationwide site and it took 2 people working full time (40hrs/wk) almost 6 weeks to select out those 4 states. So it literally cost me close to $2,000 to do it, (not including the SLL cost) and the…[Read more]

Is there an affiliate program for SLL sites?

I have some people in the biz asking about my sites, and I’d prefer to set the sites up as a service to them and let them charge their clients more… but if they stumble on SEMeasy at some point it’ll make me look bad, so I prefer to have them go through the company and just get a cut that way I…[Read more]

    Does anyone know?

How do affiliates work here? Can we become affiliates for the membership as well as SLL sites?

lol – i also put a 24 hour hold on the offer for a decision and named the next company i was going to offer this to (i know there is no love lost between competition)

    Mike

    That’s brilliant, lol!

    Nick

  • Ah ok… so you don’t put the client’s actual URL in the DA field that tells it what site to show when it’s viewed, you go through another site 1st. I get it. I can see it slowing down the site a little, but yeah, it’s nice to have the click report.

I make a point of trying to use a bitly type service between the landing sites – id rather use the no follow just to keep google away

    Mike

What do you mean by this Mike?

    Nick

  • I’d like to see what others are charging for SLL sites… I have a client paying me $675 for 3 states, and another paying me around $400 for 4 states, but it’s part of a SEO and reputation management package.  I don’t have any national clients yet, although hoping to have 2 soon.

    What’s working for you?

    Nick

  • So I assume you’re cold calling?

    nick

  • So if we’re not having a problem, don’t worry about it, or should we still create /directory?  And if so, do we put anything on it, or simply create it?

    Nick

  • Do we just add the page, or something we do otherwise?
