I think a combination of Rich’s and Big Happy emails would be a good approach.  Add the urgency from Rich’s email to the one Big Happy did.  I have already started working on one for me.  Sent out my first set of emails this morning for a county and going to use my new email script for my next set of emails.

Great article.  If you have Microsoft Outlook you can download Business Contact Manager for free and use Outlook for your CRM.  Just an idea for those who don’t want to pay any money for CRM tracking.
