James K. started the topic Ranking for Life Insurance? in the forum SEO 10 years ago
Hi All,
A few days ago, we had a potential client call in wanting to rank for life insurance agents + city as well as just the term “life insurance.” Now, I know that the life insurance agents + city is going to be far less competitive, but wondering if its even possible to rank for “life insurance” or “life insurance rates”? He says that his…[Read more]

Maybe helpful, maybe not. But there is a rash of PBN sites being delisted (nohatseo just said that 40% of their large private network got deindexed in last 36 hours) so I would first check to make sure that all of your PBN s… -

What’s up Folks,
Hoping some of the people here at SEM Easy could help. Today I underwent the first time a website of mine was hit for the main keyword I am targeting. I’m not really bummed because I want to take this as a learning experience. I’m not “married to the site” as Andrew would say, but I want to diagnose what exactly went wrong and…[Read more]

James K. started the topic Website Not Indexing in the forum SEO 10 years, 1 month ago
Hello everyone,
Just got a new client about two weeks ago, and running into an issue. Their website has been up for about 8 months now, but for some reason, none of the inner pages or the home page are indexed. The only pages that are indexed are his blog pages. I’ve even pushed the crawl via webmaster tools, and still nothing.

Hey Darrel, I don’t have any detailed insight into this particular product but the thing that bothers me is they are offering no satisfaction guarantee of any kind… zero.
After the RAS mess, I would be wary. Also, the whole thing is a little too “black box” for me meaning there is no way to know if it works correctly, if i… -

Hello Everybody,
So pre-panda 4.0, I was able to rank websites pretty easily. Many of my sites are still in the top 3 and doing very well. I’ve rented out most of them as well, and DoubleAgent made it even easier for me since I no longer have to re-design the sites.
However, for whatever reason, all of my new websites have been stuck on page…[Read more]

jmure007 started the topic Schema when targeting different city in the forum Schema 10 years, 1 month ago
Would schema alter results if we are doing SEO for a business in a smaller city that is targeting the major city in the area?
For example, if the business address is located in a suburb outside of Chicago and they are targeting Chicago + Service, would that cause problems with results?

Personally I don’t think any of those are necessary with local search. Press releases and pbn’s will put most sites targeting local terms on page 1. And if you use branded anchor text and naked url’s in your press releases and pbn’s you are accomplishing the same thing.
I don’t know if anyone else went though this but when I made t… -

As Mkhitaryan stated, the super cheap hosting can result in this kind of stuff.
I’ve had a few of mine hacked, luckily was able to recover them and get them up and running again.
Supposedly cloudfare adds an extra layer of protection.

Cancel, the membership is free at infinitum. It’s just messed up that Becker is taking people’s money rather than letting them know that Infintum is now free. On a side note, he has not even posted an update on Source ROI in months, and that course is $1000.00. You’re getting way more information and better value at SEM Easy. Worst decision was to…[Read more]

Also try not to put the same url as the domain. For instance your site is plumbersny.com don’t create any pages named already in the URL for example
plumbersny.com/plumbers-ny-new-york/
Also make sure you have a decent amount of content on the homepage, aim for at the very minimum 600 words. You can count all page elements,… -

Hey Guys,
About 2 months ago I got a client with a Local EMD. Here is the steps I’ve gone through thus far:
– Press Release
– Local Citations (via TheHoth Local Package)
– 14 PBN Links (of my own network – between PRN/A through PR4)
So far, it’s been stuck on page 2 for about a month with no movement, and I’m beginning to think it’s…[Read more]
