Thank you Ralph for sharing your success. It’s awesome to see this work for you. Don’t get too worried about revealing the area of focus – there are literally hundreds of thousands of opportunities out there and I for one would like to think everybody in this forum had more spine than to move into your patch and potential clients. For me I’m…[Read more]

Hmmm 15-18 seconds even after those tweaks is sure gonna impact conversions. Please keep us posted, I love to think we could get a set up that was optimised.
I remember back last year it seemed it was a lot quicker. I’m hesitant to say instant or even fast because it was never ‘unnoticeable’. Even Andrews Pin People site (the one he often uses…[Read more]

Hi Mario,
We struggled with this for quiet a while trying to understand what was taking so long and whether we could reduce the time it took to show the money site. We even started a thread on it here http://semeasy.com/forum/general/goal-superfast-da-overlay-loading/
We tried to experiment logically and did a super super light single…[Read more]

Thanks Ben,
These might seem like simple seo questions (and anybody can chip in if they know the answers) but I’m still trying to get the penny to drop with your service. I’ve read a few excellent article on anchor text and understand it’s importance but can you please:
1.) explain the benefit of why one should use a mix of domain URL and…[Read more]

Ben, or any other SEO ninjas – on the form there’s a field for Anchor Text and then ‘URL / domain Anchor Text %’ drop down. Can you please…[Read more]

Anyone else experienced DA going into a loop?
1 of our Serp sites is experiencing this issue. When it is clicked on from the serp results the animated loading icon appears. Page status shows site loading (g map embeds, youtube embeds etc etc etc) but then target site doesn’t load. The animated logo however remains as if stuck in a…[Read more]

Steve, thanks for pointing out my error it’s $124.75 for JUST the RankTracker module.
Corrected and changed titles for clarity.
Tim, with clients in mind – a couple of questions if I may:
1.) For monitoring how many are indexed you just use the ‘site:’ command right?
2.) What’s your primary traffic measuring method (we use…[Read more]

Seen the Source Hunter promo recently and although AB’s blown it with me and many others I liked what he’s offering. Got me thinking – I should really have a tool to hand that helps me with who and what’s ranking where. So my VA and I put together a little list and if it’s of any help to others I thought I’d share it.
So, what’s everyone else…[Read more]

Hi all,
We set up a new site and kicked off IA but got an error saying that the sitemap is not writeable.
Dug a bit deeper and discovered that we are running PHP 5.3 on our FatCow hosting plan and the IA Manual says 5.4 is required. Related matter or not??
If we should try it anyhow and need to adjust permissions can anyone do a quick…[Read more]

Another quicky for UK builders (or anyone building SS sites for the UK) – do you guys have any reliable UK geo data that you access?
Currently flicking around WikiPedia but I’ve seen some of the US guys tapping into sources that give them what they need for US locations pretty comprehensively.
(And cheers Jason).

We put together a SERP site using the SEMeasy tools and SS etc, with the objective of creating an SLL site to use DA on.
Ranked OK very quickly and fuelled our desire to enhance the process to rank better and smarter.
We realised that of the KW’s we’d selected few we’re actually searched for locally. We’d gone ahead and created a list of…[Read more]
