I only have one leased like this but I had to give them a 6 month trial at $2k per month.

I pitch $999 for the first state and $500 for each additional state and $5000 for a national at month to month (no lease).

The national for $2999 on a 6 month to 1 year lease.

This seems to make a lease very attractive.
