I had the same issue… first thing is check out server php… needs to be php5.4 or higher.  Next how many pages are you trying o add videos too… I tried to add videos to 30k and it just didn’t work… added to 10k and it worked.  Just my experience hope that helps.

I’m having this same issue did you figure out how to resolve it.  Any info would greatly be appreciated.

Check your server is running PHP 5.4  (Had the same issue server was running 5.3)
