    Oh, and I forgot to add, the reason I’m trying to build up a list of interested contacts is so that if my tenant stops paying rent, I have a list of other interested parties I can call right away first to replace them rather than starting the whole sales process all over again.

    I currently use iBuzzExpress that is by far the least expensive call blasting software I’ve found on the internet…they also share lists to use for free as well as leads to purchase….and a very low per call rate….
