They say up to 100 links max… Greg keeps his at around 20 but said you can have many more if you want to.  They also suggest having links to authority sites in money page silos and pages you are ranking, but I don’t remember seeing them using PBN link out to them. It seems like a waste of a link to me.

What may be helpful for you is to randomly call a few SEO companies pretending you’re a client. Call them about whatever niche you may want to go into and ask what it would cost to get on page one of Google, and if they can guarantee it.
