I’ve had the same happen to me, all the pages I checked at the 3-4 week stage were pretty good page 1 some on 2, some of the ones on page one were even !st or 2nd spot. I like he idea but I think you will have trouble getting members to give you that info in that if they are in a hot niche they are not going to be to happy to share that info with the rest of us.

Human nature being what it is most of us may rush out to try that niche also and ruin the niche.

Time will tell and nothing last forever, but my guess is from working with silo sites for a while and talking and reading what the big experts are in the field the guess is that page ranking will not go down for the near future.

I have one silo site that I have not touched in ages and the pages are still ranking great.

Hey Guys….are you finding that once the “bouncing” slows…that they rankings have been stable?  I’m concerned that without adding any new content or doing any additional work to the site that the rankings will slowly deteriorate….
