That is a question that only Jake can answer 100%, but from what I am seeing playing with the plugin is this:

1. The plugin is based on Silos

2. What a customer can rent is either the top silo page and then own all of the pages under that main silo page, if that is how you as the owner have it setup, or just own that top silo…[Read more]

This is a feature request i have thought of too, an option for the buyer to rent the whole site, all unleased pages or multiple pages for a discount with out needing to contact me first

At the moment there is not a plugin available to download for that. There maybe in the future to be able to do that. Unless you know how to code pretty well you could program something your self to handle that work load.
