I had to edit the php.ini and wp-config as this is an older Win7 with 4gb of memory. 

It died at 1500 posts running WAMP

After making the changes I was able to get 9000 posts but it eventually hung and I’ll restart and edit the list to run the final 6000.

I finished off the site I was struggling with by just editing the {citystatezip} and other lists to those not created and it took two times to create the 15k posts.

I also wonder if I have too much going on with my posts?
