I am experiencing the same – rankings were positive for many cities during first 4 weeks. Now site has pretty much tanked and not ranking at all for many of the keywords it was ranking for originally. i am now worried that because of the spun content across the site, I have been slapped with a Panda penalty. Can’t continue to pay…

Big,
Not sure, it could be an issue that the Silo was broken somewhere in the mix.
Send me a PM and let’s figure it out.

@allweb Cranking it!
Can you talk about how difficult it was to get in touch with the company or how the conversation went? I think that many people are afraid of that conversation, and would love to hear in your own words, how it went.

This is the issue. You are getting the amount of traffic that the niche yields. I use this same system on all of my offline businesses. I am happy for any and all traffic that I get, many of them have turned into HUGE clients. I know that we have a personal injury lawyer in the BRONX, NY. Yeah over 1 million people, and he is #1 for Bronx…[Read more]

Hahaha.. Yeah you might need to speak to Jake in reference to the programming for that one!
No this is pretty wild though! Jake has been plugging away and we have laid out the structure and some of the programming is done, but we need to continue to run our tests.
We use this ourselves, but use it on a server level, but wanted to…[Read more]

Andrew Dale posted in the topic Calling Google to ask them if SLL site is legit, safe in the forum General Discussion 10 years, 8 months ago
What is funny is that I deal with Google on a regular basis. I am invited down to their New York City office quite a bit. THe Adwords Team has no communication with other teams, and most of the teams do not know what the other teams in Google are doing.l
My opinion in reference to this potential client is that you are going to have a r…[Read more]

Just curios – Have you guys had any questions/objections about search volume? [cause for many keywords it’s obviously low or non existent]I understand that doesn’t reeeally matter – (esp in my niche as they only need a very small handful of leads to make it worth-while) and as the keywords and combinations cover pretty much…

Andrew Dale posted in the topic The Hit Tracker in the forum General Discussion 10 years, 8 months ago
Happy,
1. Yes you should show a hit on your landing page for every page that is hit..
2. The hits, well we have done our best to try to block out the known bots, but there are tons of different bots out there. So the true answer is, there may be some bot traffic shown in the hits..
3. I think it is the beard

Andrew Dale posted in the topic Avoiding a duplicate contact penalty and using tags in the forum General Discussion 10 years, 8 months ago
We get asked questions about duplicate content all of the time. The way that we actually create the content for SLL sites is never duplicate content.
If you create one piece of content and post it exactly on all of your pages, yes expect to get hit… But if you create it in a smart methodical way, that has been tested, retested, and o…[Read more]

Happy,
No, you got it. You need to put in your keywords + your Geo-targeted location to match the rest of the site.
Yeah i can put a video together for you in reference to adding more/additional tag pages.
That is not a problem.

Nick,
I see what you are saying, but it was never developed with the whole stay on the page offer feature tested.
I understand you are using it with a page that has that installed, but we have never tested it as it has never been an issue before.
I will see what can be done with that. The official issue that you are…[Read more]

Google would look at a 1 page website with 2x as a very thin site, yes… Google likes larger sites now. They look at the amount of pages and the amount of content as Authority.
Authority comes from two places: Onsite and Offsite.
Onsite: How big is the website. Does it link to other high Authority sources. How long have the…[Read more]

That is awesome… I would simply add tags to the pages that they are leasing. That would be the fastest and easiest way to see what the results will be.
Event planning is a huge market… If you need any any help, let me know and I would be more than happy to help you out..
But I would start with the tag pages. You see Go…[Read more]

I have had clients ask me this multiple times. There are times that I can help and there are times that I can’t. I would start with adding tag pages for the cities that he is currently renting. I would start there first.. If they don’t take then we can look at creating new pages for those areas with the keywords in them. The question is, how related are the keywords?

Andrew Dale posted in the topic Double Agent question in the forum General Discussion 10 years, 8 months ago
If it says Pending that means that they never completed the payment that time. I would double check your paypal to see which payment came through. This usually means that they clicked on the leasing option and never followed through with the payment.
