One way to do this is to set up your own overlay page for each county, then once you have your overlay in that county, you only have to change the one page if you get that county rented. I agree, I think selling by the county might be a great way to go. Honestly, I am not looking forward to the time it will take me on a nationwide site, however like you said this is a one time investment and well worth it.

Went and reviewed my landing page stats and it appears a lot of the views came form you guys. However the emails I did send generated 8 openings so that’s still about a 30% open rate and I’ll take that.
