That is very strange. MCheck and make sure that you don’t have an extra space in the search, after the state. I just tried a few sites and I was getting the correct results. The number was inflated a lot because if it indexed a page that has that state in one of the random pages then it would also show.
Maybe I can do a video on Goo…[Read more]

Barry,
No coding is required.
What the schema does on the page is show WordPress that you want these tags or keywords associated with that post. Then what WordPress does is make a link with the word tag in the url and the keyword and this url links back to you original post.
Example:
http://www.something.com/dogs/bigfatdogs.html

Tim,
When you have a ton of pages that you are trying to index. Like thousands, yes there is a bug that Jake is working on the fix right now. It works fine right now for a few thousand pages, but once you start going over 8-10K pages, it will error out right now..
Should be done shortly!

Marty,
I saw the support ticket that you submitted today. I responded back to you. I asked Jake to also look at the issue, but I do need you to respond with some specifics, like domain, a login credential, etc, so that we can figure out what your issue is.
As I said in the response, it could be a permissions issue, but we would h…[Read more]

Barry,
You are correct about the tag pages being the same as the post page.
These tags work this way because they are attached to the page using Schema instead of just posting tags.
As for a plugin I just hard code mine into the template but there are a lot of schema plugins on wordpress.org.

Sam3,
Jake is working on the category or directory addition to DA.
Now about “So you would point an SLL type site at a sub-directory (silo)” I don’t understand what you are asking so here some answers.
If you are talking about building a SLL site and pointing it at your customers site it does not matter if it is a main site or…[Read more]
