Hi for those who have SLL sites, how to you build links to them, to root domain or inner pages, or mixture? Also do you use just naked urls and generic anchor text?

I am experiencing the same – rankings were positive for many cities during first 4 weeks. Now site has pretty much tanked and not ranking at all for many of the keywords it was ranking for originally. i am now worried that because of the spun content across the site, I have been slapped with a Panda penalty.

I have a question about the way the SLL sites are built. Will using tags to create silos not create duplicate content on our site? Are tags set to ‘no index, do follow’?

Ok, no posts yet on this part of the forum, so I may as well get it started off.
I have a statewide site with 500+ pages.
I have figured out a method of monitoring rankings, although a bit time consuming. So I have rankings for my main keyword + city.

when you say above that “SLL takes care of the SEO work for you, and saves you months in ranking up pages.”, does that mean that you build links to the SLL sites?
