I’m curious to know what results you guys are finding now -3 weeks later? Just noticed the “Not receiving Support Ticket confirmation emails” bit was a mistake on my end – S*O*R*R*Y !!  – I have 2 email acct.’s w/different hosts , and from time to time I confuse the 2 …..my bad…
