I was talking with Jake a few weeks back, and he was saying that this was going to be covered in future training that is coming to SEMeasy.
However, a good word from some people in the know wouldn’t hurt now.

I agree with David, this has lots of merit and will be contacting you about this. Would you be willing to work with package prices as well? Lets say I am wanting to sell off certain metroplexes, instead of just a page or two looking to sell of like 50-75 pages with a large package deal?
Anyway, sounds kinda like the path that I was…[Read more]

Yes I experienced the same thing but I think its because I used google.com as a test. They might have some kind of script that blocks it for security issues. When tried other urls it worked just fine. I suspect you did the same test…

Steve posted in the topic Plugin to Help Create Thousands of Website Pages? in the forum SEO 10 years, 9 months ago
Eric,
I got the original Page One Plugin then about 6 months later he came out with the 2.0.
I was not happy that I could get the upgrade for free or at a reduced cost because I was already a customer.
I paid $67.00 for the original as an OTO to Page One Syndication.
Anyway I may check it out again. I also have Vsilo from ThemeZoom via…[Read more]

Eric,
Gotta to say that looks pretty cool.
The price tag is steep. However, I see a reasonable payment plan for it. $50.00 a month not too bad.
Does it only make a set type of silo or can you program it to make the kind of silo that you want?
How long did it take for you to master the learning curve? Do they offer video training?

Andy,
Thanks for the update. I cannot wait for the future of what you guys have in store.
The amount of people coming here is amazing! When I joined with a Premium Membership I was concerned because at the time there were only 20 members in the forum. How that has grown within the last 2 weeks. There are now at the time of this post 134…[Read more]

I like the idea but I thought of an easier way. Instead of leasing per suburb, why not have those suburb pages setup to the temporary url of your major city such as dallas and tell them that they can rent the whole city and all the surround suburbs for like $400-500/month?Joe,
That is a good idea. I was thinking about that…[Read more]

Steve posted in the topic What do you look for when buying domains? in the forum Domains 10 years, 9 months ago
A few things to add to Matt’s comments.
When setting up your domains for a PBN make sure you have a theme that puts all the posts on the home page, and as many as possible. Remember what Matt said about branded links and anchor text. Well the root domain (www.mydomain.com) name is the one that has all the power and authority. So you want to…[Read more]

Hey guys.
I thought I would add my 2 cents to this conversation.
Something that you could always do is a mixture of both affiliate marketing and local SEO page leasing with the 2X plugin.
So here is an example.
Lets say you have a National Landlord (LL) site that your working in the dog training niche.
You are killing it with local…[Read more]

David,
The best place I have found for good quality content for cheap has been iwiriter.com. Usually get a 500 word article for $5.50. Just find good writers and reject the bad ones. It takes some trial and error along with time. However, you only are paying for what you need and want. Another thing that you can do after that is used…[Read more]

Hey Guys!!!
So I am wanting some insight and discussion to follow about strategies for pricing page leasing.
Here are some of my thoughts.
While I think it would be great to lease out a (single) page and earn money that way. I have considered that it would be taking up a great deal of time.
Instead of leasing out just one page; why not…[Read more]

@uamalik . Go ahead and start looking for your PBN’s as this can take hours and days looking for them. A few things to remember when looking at PBN’s PR is not everything, yes it does play a factor, but I have PR1’s that kick my PR3’s butt hands down. That is because they have more Domain Authority/ Page Authority. (DA/PA) Another thing to…[Read more]
