BrianW posted in the topic A question about building Silo’s that I am presenting to the SEMeasy Lords and Ladies in the forum SILOs 10 years, 4 months ago
BH, separate silo. All a silo does is help funnel the juice to where you want it to go. In this case it sounds like over time you will want to add a new silo for each county you want to rank for.
Hope this helps,

Jake/Andrew – is it possible to provide more of a play-by-play on this? I attempted but must have misunderstood a step or two. Thanks.Maybe I am the only one who has not figured this out yet but I’m still working on it…

+1 on being able to assign overlays on a state-by-state basis and the urgency of this.
+1 on the economics – similar to what I have experienced

Interesting. Does this mean they are not allowed to address any of the bugs that have been brought to their attention?
Separately, I think you and Andrew are great but I would like to feel like I am receiving a better value for the membership and landlord monthly fees I am paying. It would be nice to see the best features of RaS added to the…[Read more]

BrianW posted in the topic Double Agent Plugin – Not From SemEasy?! in the forum General Discussion 10 years, 5 months ago
This whole thing smells and my BS meter kept going off while I listened to the sales message.
I think we have all learned that even if a site has the functionality to rent itself, these sites and pages do not rent themselves. Very few people are going to automatically spend $xxx monthly recurring without wanting to talk to somebody to get…[Read more]

Hi Andrew/Jake – Just checking in to see if there is an estimated date to receive both the update for the Indexer but more importantly the ability to bulk assign all cities/towns in a STATE, county, or zip code to a client? I emphasized State above if that would be the easiest to do – it would be the most helpful to me. Thanks!

Hinner, my understanding is membership gives you access to the plugins and extensions. Once not a member, no longer have access.

Yes, currently, but we are always looking for ways to improve how we do things.
Did you sell 3 states earlier? What was your process?

Hey Nick, quick notes…
Called myself to get the scripting smoothed out.
Now having sales team call.
Email and phone follow ups once sale is made to maintain and grow relationship.
No direct mail.
We focus on companies currently on pages 2-3 of Google and show them where they could be – then demo.HTH,

BrianW posted in the topic Premium vs Premium+ in the forum General 10 years, 8 months ago
Hey BH, I believe that is correct.
A couple of examples:
1) If you have an SLL site and you want access to SEMeasy premium content (Webbies, Forum) and you have personal (non-SLL) sites that you would you like to use 2x Double Agent on to do overlays and/or lease pages, you need Premium +
2) Whether or not you have any SLL sites, if you…[Read more]

Hey Susannah,
Jake takes care of all the maintenance and upgrades on our SLL sites. The procedure above is the upgrade procedure for those who have the 2x Double Agent installed on their own sites.
Best,

Hi Susannah,
Log into the back end of your site and you will find the hit counter here —> SEMeasy > Double Agent > Tracker (far right tab).
You can also see hit count by going to Posts > All Posts > and sorting by the Hit Count column.
You can do the same thing for your Tags: Tags > and sort by the Posts column.
Note: I believe hit…[Read more]

BrianW posted in the topic Why two identical pages on my Statewide site? in the forum General Discussion 10 years, 8 months ago
Hey BH, here is a bit more info for you.
By design, the State sites have two <city state> pages per site and the National has one. Not sure why but it might be to give the State sites more “meat” while the National sites already have it due to the number of cities/towns nationwide.
The Google algo determines which site is the most relevant…[Read more]

Hey BH, I like it.
Every business owner has heard sales people say “Sure, I can do that.” In your case, you have clearly defined what you can do for him (immediately) and what you are can’t do for him. You have properly set up realistic expectations.
I would be surprised if he balks at this. You are able to provide him with something he…[Read more]
