BrianW posted in the topic Alex Becker’s New Domain Service – Don’t Buy in the forum General 10 years, 1 month ago
I think “shuck ‘n jive” is similar to “bob ‘n weave”. Don’t let anything hit you directly and if they get too close, distract them with them the next “bright and shiny”.
In AB’s case, I think he gets away with it due to all the free, sourced-from-other-places info he provides on SW.

BrianW posted in the topic Getting the most power out of a PBN site in the forum Domains 10 years, 2 months ago
Hey Adrian, welcome!
Took at quick look at your new domain. Great TF, CF, link profile, and anchor text diversification. Page Authority (PA) and Domain Authority (DA) look a little lean but still more than satisfactory.
I had some initial concern about the foreign language anchors (cuz who knew what they said) but after translating and…[Read more]

Hey Darrel, I don’t have any detailed insight into this particular product but the thing that bothers me is they are offering no satisfaction guarantee of any kind… zero.
After the RAS mess, I would be wary. Also, the whole thing is a little too “black box” for me meaning there is no way to know if it works correctly, if it produces qu…[Read more]

BrianW posted in the topic Selling Links to Help Fund Building Out a PBN in the forum Domains 10 years, 2 months ago
WM, as with anything else, the price you can get is dependent on how well you sell them combined with whatever the market will bear.
If you do pursue this, make absolutely sure the domain you are selling links on is completely and totally isolated from any other web properties you have. If it does get taken out, you don’t want any of your other…[Read more]

BrianW started the topic Identifying High-PR Inner Pages in Expired Domains in the forum Domains 10 years, 2 months ago
I heard someone say recently that they often check for high-PR inner pages after they have purchased expired domains so they can take advantage of them (build those pages) but I’m not sure if I heard this in this group or not.
Anyone here know how to go about this? Thanks.

BrianW posted in the topic SEMEasy t-shirts in the forum General 10 years, 2 months ago
LOL!! Hilarious.
And if we ever have an SEMeasy get-together or Meet-Up or all end up at the same conference together, we can all wear similar t-shirts that say, “…and so did I!” on the back.
Andrew, Jake (and Frank… lol again) can wear Joe’s original version above and we can all just move around en masse.

BrianW posted in the topic Using SerpShaker on a client site in the forum SEO 10 years, 3 months ago
Tim, is this a pre-existing client site that is already live? I believe Don and Andres have mentioned/recommended SS only be use on new sites. I think I would be very cautious about using it on a client’s existing site. A brand new client site, sure, but not an existing one… unless you have an easy way to recover, if needed.

BrianW posted in the topic In 20 years I have never gotten a site deindexed until today in the forum General 10 years, 3 months ago
RD, thanks for getting back. Let me ask a different way.
If the mirrored site HAD been indexed or you had used your client’s site directly, do you think there would have been any damage to those? I know your SLL-type site was deindexed but curious about your thoughts on the site input into Double Agent? Do you think they are at risk?

Was there any damage to the mirrored site? If so, that would have been the “client” site for those of us who have not been doing mirrors.

Nick, example: you have a 300,000 page national site but only a 1,500 KW ProRankTracker (or Accuranker, Serpfox, etc.) plan
I just put in the KWs+city for a representative sample of cities and figure those results will extrapolate over the entire group. Or I focus on a State or Metropolitan area I am interested in.
The only issue with this…[Read more]

Nick, good points.
RD, was it just your SLL-type site that got deindexed? Did anything happen to your client’s site? If no damage to your client, build another SLL site and try again.

RD, agree with much mentioned above. Try again, build new site with same content and KWs, overlay onto a “Test” or “Throwaway” site for safety, and see what happens. Use some of the suggestions above to try to mitigate risk. If you get deindexed again, you have confirmation. If you don’t, you have a template. Good luck!

The Rent-A-Serp support desk is just a gatekeeper and will just quote you the “10-day no questions asked” refund policy.
If you want to pursue a refund, go to Mario and Devin directly thru their personal FB pages and their company FB pages (Linkbound Marketing and Money-Mindset) and request. Show a screenshot of the 30-day money back page…[Read more]
