If you can afford more then I would encourage you to find the top searched keywords your internal pages are optimized for and structure the internal pages to point to those. You could just leave everything as is and the url footprint will be there BUT when people load your dashboard (domain.com/piwik) you can put up a gateway with a username/password only you know. This will prevent anyone from seeing stuff you dont want them to.
