  • Andrew and Jake,

I love learning about all this SEO marketing stuff and was truly a beginner just a few short months ago. I’ve been learning a lot and lately have been trying to learn about silo structures. I know the SLL sites are huge and I’m hoping you have a way of building them that isn’t page by page.

I’m going to ask a few questions…[Read more]

    Andrew,

You are a genius. I never even thought of using these to sell a physical product. If I get this whole SLL by city thing right. You just chose the right keywords and these should compete very well for any else chasing those same keywords based on the strength of the SLL site. Using double agent you could link to an affiliate page or…[Read more]

I used the “I can get your website on the 1st page of google in 2 minutes” and it got the exact respsonse you’d think. Client closed the sale withi 5 minutes.

Mark Upshaw first compiled this list or a list very similar.  It is a huge resource!

Where you can truly dominate in the serps, is when you try to stay out of the home service based businesses.  Like Contracting stuff, etc… You try to do physical products and with SLL style sites, you just plain dominate.  VERY few people are actually doi…[Read more]

Yeah, i think it would be better to say something hard to believe like, “I can get your website on the 1st page of google in 2 minutes”. That might make them curious about, how you do it and then it would be easy to make them go to see that.

Nick I am getting a Page not found error on that link.

I would like to check it out, as depending on where the PR is distributed to, it could be very, very helpful.  I am looking for something very specific. :)

Let me know when the site is up and I would love to take a look.

  • Hey guys, we have been playing with different tweaks to the site builds.  It turns out just a few simple tweaks, and a little background coding has given us incredible results.

If anyone is having an issue with their SLL site, let me know.  We have done a bunch of rebuilds for anyone having an issue, but I need to know you are having an i…[Read more]

  • Big Happy,

My site bounced like a ping pong ball for almost 5 to 6 weeks and now seems to have settled down.

Thanks for the feedback guys.. Here is my script for phone calling.. I’m thinking something similar will also work for email. Please tell me what you think:

“Hi [name] this is [my name]. I have people looking for [xxxx] surgery. Is there is anyone in the office I can speak to about directing the leads your way?”  thanks for…

    Hello BH,

I just use a catch all “spheel.” I try not to over-think things. I’m trying two methods, one where I get a manual list of 25 prospects who are already ranking 1st page on Google for my niche and call them manually and a second method where I upload a CSV to Call Fire and leave messages in the business’ voice mail after…

  • DAvid,

When did you notice them bouncing back?

Was it a state site or a national site?

I am working on a sales script to give outsourced Sales (elancer). It would be great to know what script works / converts the best.

Brian would you share your script and approach? Also can you share what kind of conversion rate you get?

Also anyone else with scripts or advice to share, please chime in.

    Thanks,

    Rachel

  • Justin,

All I can tell you is from my own experience and all of my posts bounced back and many are on the front page of Google.

  • Glad I checked in here. I’m seeing the same thing, I have about 10% of the indexed pages I had a week ago.

This site has turned out to be an interesting experiment, I’m wondering if it’s going to bounce back. Guess we’ll see!

  • BrianW posted in the topic What’s your strategy? in the forum Sales 12 years ago

Yes, currently, but we are always looking for ways to improve how we do things.

Did you sell 3 states earlier? What was your process?

    Hey Nick, quick notes…

Called myself to get the scripting smoothed out.
    Now having sales team call.
Email and phone follow ups once sale is made to maintain and grow relationship.
    No direct mail.
We focus on companies currently on pages 2-3 of Google and show them where they could be – then demo.

    HTH,

    Brian
