Yeah Nick, the support has been great whenever I’ve needed it in the past.  I usually got a reply within a day though, so was just wondering if they were having issues with the support system at the moment.

You are correct about the tag pages being the same as the post page.

These tags work this way because they are attached to the page using Schema instead of just posting tags.

As for a plugin I just hard code mine into the template but there are a lot of schema plugins on wordpress.org.

I have been asked about the videos in the sidebar.  They don’t bring a ton of relevance to the website.  Not saying that they don’t do anything, but you really want a video in the content area for it to be picked up and associated with the content on that page!
