Hi Peter, check to make sure you have current PHP5.4 if not here is the code that you add to your htaccess file:

AddType application/x-httpd-php54 .phpaccess file

add that line to the htaccess file under all other info

I have Hostgator VPS and that was my issue, just add and should work.

Adding to the awesome post from Mark, you can use a tool like Keyword Snatcher to scrape the Google Instant results and lots more variations. In fact, if you were targeting merchandise or game cheats, you would put in the broad match on those keywords like:

cheats 2014

cheat sheets 2013

best scenes of

top ten of
