I came across this list for a SEO tutorial I was watching and wanted to get some feedback from you guys to see which one of these 10 guidelines are either not relevant anymore or very important:

Say I have 2 kws that I want to target X service and X repair, individually the kws get some decent searches per month. Would it make sense to target both kws together on the same page because of the similarity in the kws. So like I would put it in my page as KW1 & KW2 (www.domain.com/X-Service-&-X-Repair).
