  • Keep in mind that I am going for a different opportunity and this is a follow up to voice mails that I left but you get the gist.  Much of this isn’t relevant to what most of you are doing so you can delete those parts.

    Good afternoon gentlemen,

I’m sending this email as a follow up to the voice mails that I left on Monday.

    We des…[Read more]

  • Complimentary. no cost. on us–just a few examples.

  • I haven’t been on here in quite some time so I apologize.

Short and get to the point.  Many people are reading these emails on mobile devices.  Emails are to get people interested, not to close the sale!

I got an appointment today for a HUGE opportunity to sell the same things that you guys are selling from a company that only publishes an…[Read more]

  • Pick up the phone and call them!!  We had a training session back in February on how to start the conversation.

Here’s what you have to do right at the beginning:

    8 Cold Calling Musts:
    • Identify the prospect
    • Identify yourself
    • Identify your company
    • Tell them the reason for your call
    • Get their attention
    • Ask a question

Notice what Big Happy did with his email–he’s not selling, he got the prospect’s attention and included a compelling call to action.

    Short. Sweet. To the point.

Think of some of the emails that you get–especially from people or businesses that you don’t know… Do you read them word-for-word or skim them?  How long do you give the email b…[Read more]

  • Big Happy–I stand corrected!

Bryan, I see the attachment on the bottom of my post–take a look and let me know if you don’t see it–if it’s not there PM me and I’ll email it to you.

  • Big Easy made his first sale today and in doing so, he has covered his fixed costs and earned a profit–Congratulations Big Easy!!

According to his post, he sent out 30 emails, had 20 visits and made a sale.

In answering your tickets and having managed, trained, coached and mentored thousands of salespeople, I have seen sales call reluctance…[Read more]

    Great job Big Happy!

You did the right thing, start high and walk down hill if necessary.  If you average $200/month per county, you’ll earn $11,600/month or $139,200/year.

  • What are you selling?

Can anyone answer that question for me?

I have answered a number of tickets where people are worried about everything under the sun including traffic and hits and are not picking up the phone or sending out emails.

You need to define what you’re selling–we never said that every page would rank on page one and we…[Read more]

  • What niches are we talking about?

Different approach for different niches.  If you can get the owner–that’s the best place to start and with some niches that’s the only person there is.  Otherwise, ask for sales.  Sales is the easiest way into any company.

  • Who are you to your prospects?  Right now, you’re nobody so you need proof in order to back your position up with people who may not be familiar with SEO and page one rankings.

He is one example that you can use to support the value of a page one ranking to…[Read more]

  • Big Happy is on the right track!!

Short, sweet and to the point in order to get the prospect’s attention.

Plenty of time to present later.  No time to present if you don’t have their interest.

  • Hi Guys,

I always operate under an LLC up front.  It’s like insurance, you hate paying for it but you’re really happy you have it if you need it.

There are a number of services out there that are cost-effective, no need to use an attorney but Google the benefits and drawbacks before moving forward.

    Also look into the…[Read more]

  • Hi everyone,

As I mentioned on yesterday’s sales webinar, email scarping software or lead generation software is something you might want to look into.

We are selling it or recommending one over the other however enough people asked about it that I’m going to share a few here.

MAKE SURE YOU DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH BEFORE BUYING!!

    If any…[Read more]
