It’s general knowledge that keyword density should be around 1% for a search like “Dallas dentist”, but…
How about using the keywords “Dallas” and “dentist” separately in the content? What is a good density guideline for those 2 words used individually instead of as a set?
I’ve never seen this discussed.

– When client site is enabled (trial/paid) there are no other site content other than the iframe that contains the client’s site. This is a very crucial part in the main site’s ranking (where the plugin is installed). If there are no content in the ranked page, then it will lose its ranking eventually.
