I set up a subdomain and added it to my SEM easy account

when i went to activate it and clicked on “domain already linked” it defaults to the main domain not the subdomain

does this matter? or should it automatically input the subdomain into the website field? Or is it that since the main domain is added all subdomains are already linked?

i’ve been searching the forum and the training to find out the steps to rank the site…
is it just a PBN links? or is there something else?
Also, how many blogs minimum should be in the network?
does the extension matter for the blogs in the network? such as .org .info .com etc…
