									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I know there have been plugins before that allow you to add bulk content but I can&#8217;t seem to find them anymore.</p>
<p>One used the wordpress xmlrpc feature to pre-load a gob of PLR articles to a site. I think they even had a way to drip the articles in automatically.</p>
